Interactive eLearning | Reflection & Values Exploration

Business Context
Learners needed a way to engage with abstract values and preferences in a more concrete and reflective format. Traditional surveys and static tools limited engagement and depth of reflection.
Audience
Individual learners completing self-assessments, as well as facilitators using the activity to support discussion and guided reflection.
My Role
Instructional designer and interaction designer responsible for experience design, logic, feedback structure, and development in Articulate Storyline.
Learning Strategy
Interactive sorting activity designed to prompt prioritization, self-reflection, and learner-driven decision-making with immediate feedback.
Solution & Artifacts
A custom Storyline interaction featuring a click-and-sort experience, embedded feedback, and reflection prompts to support individual and facilitated use.
Outcomes & Indicators
- Increased learner engagement with abstract content through interactive decision-making.
- Supported deeper reflection and discussion beyond static assessments.
- Designed for reuse across facilitated and self-directed learning contexts.
Reflection & Next Iteration
Future enhancements would include data capture and reporting to support aggregated analysis and deeper facilitation insights.
