Business Context

The organization needed a cohesive curriculum to support self-assessment, reflection, and decision-making across a wide range of learners. Existing resources were fragmented and difficult to implement consistently, limiting scalability and instructional clarity.

Audience

Learners across multiple age ranges and contexts, along with educators and facilitators implementing the curriculum in classrooms, workshops, and individual settings.

My Role

Lead instructional designer and curriculum architect responsible for end-to-end design, including analysis, structure, content development, and iterative refinement.

Learning Strategy

Modular curriculum design using backward planning to align learning objectives, activities, and reflection outcomes. Designed for flexible implementation across facilitated and self-paced environments, with emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and transferability.

Solution & Artifacts

A multi-module curriculum framework with learner-facing activities, structured reflection tools, and educator guidance. Content was designed to be adaptable across delivery formats and scalable for future expansion.

Outcomes & Indicators

- Unified previously fragmented learning into a cohesive, modular curriculum.

- Enabled consistent implementation across multiple contexts and facilitators.

- Designed a scalable structure to support future iteration and evaluation.

Reflection & Next Iteration

Future iterations would incorporate formal pre/post self-assessment data and facilitator feedback loops to better quantify learner growth and decision-making readiness.
